These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pulitoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Pulitoto online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at pulitoto.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Pulitoto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload offer made available to Players under specific conditions.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, lottery draw, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the Pulitoto website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated by us.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Player accounts and transactions on the Platform are denominated.

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited or restricted under applicable local law.
• You are acting as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only. Corporate, syndicate, or professional gambling entities are prohibited.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order or regulatory directive restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full legal responsibility for your decisions and actions on the Platform.

Pulitoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time, including valid Malaysian identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your identification documents, a valid email address, a working contact number, and your date of birth. You must not use false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's personal information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Pulitoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] (non-clickable plain text).

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conduct requirements:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity associated with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• You will not access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and that no outcome can be predicted, manipulated, or guaranteed.

Pulitoto reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where there is evidence of any of the above prohibited behaviours, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.

All deposits and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Pulitoto supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. There is no fee charged by Pulitoto on standard deposits, though third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are in your own name. You must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be refunded and the associated account subjected to review.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• Where bonus funds form part of the balance, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Pulitoto targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for DuitNow and FPX withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider and network conditions.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days in exceptional circumstances.

Pulitoto does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard transactions. However, certain cryptocurrency network fees may be applicable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where they arise.

Pulitoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• Each promotional offer is limited to one participation per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional credit until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements range from 1x (for the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus) to 35x (for the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus), as specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirement clearance. Live casino bets and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per offer.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any bonus not utilised within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable fair-play obligations.
• Pulitoto may, at its sole discretion, exclude certain Players from promotional eligibility based on playing patterns or account history.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players must verify their selections, stake amounts, and bet slip details carefully before confirmation, as Pulitoto does not accept cancellation requests post-confirmation except where expressly permitted by specific game or market rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game session or live betting event, Pulitoto reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. In no circumstances will Pulitoto be liable for winnings that would have been generated but for the technical interruption.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other markets — Pulitoto applies the following principles:

• All markets are priced and managed by our in-house trading team and are subject to maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per player.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend betting on any market or by any Player where irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to minimum odds per selection and maximum payout caps, as displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
• Results and settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing sports body. In the event of a dispute, Pulitoto's trading team decision shall be final.

Pulitoto is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players. We recognise that for a small minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

We provide the following responsible gambling tools within every Player account, accessible at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net gaming losses over defined periods to maintain control of your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, icons, and audio — is the intellectual property of Pulitoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use any Pulitoto trademarks, logos, or branding materials without explicit written permission.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be addressed accordingly, including legal action where warranted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulitoto, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or opportunities arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors outside our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or data provided by third-party game studios or data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security of your credentials.
• Any adverse consequences arising from your decision to gamble, including financial losses incurred through the Platform.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pulitoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Confirmed underage access (under 21 years of age).
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits to interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the Platform.
• Any conduct that Pulitoto reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and funds under dispute) will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method, following completion of any required verification and investigation processes. Withdrawal of funds following account termination may be subject to a processing period of up to 30 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team via live chat. All voluntary account closures are treated as permanent unless a cooling-off period is specified by the Player.

Pulitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our customer support team to arrange voluntary account closure.

We recommend that all Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pulitoto.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Pulitoto, the Player must first contact our customer support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Pulitoto commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to resolving the majority of disputes within 14 business days of formal notification.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory dispute resolution body. Pulitoto's management decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding.
